Together with our project partner working with a team of landscape architects and technical experts, we want to show how high-tech and biodiversity can thrive together—helping local flora and fauna to prosper while boosting well-being for our team, neighbors, and the city.

ESMC proudly marked a construction milestone with the topping out of our new office building on December 4, 2025. The ceremony featured our leadership team and partners signing and placing the final concrete beam, a moment that also honored the contributions of our dedicated construction workers. This day, coinciding with the year's final supermoon, sets an inspiring tone for ESMC's future.

The first ESMC Citizen Q & A Session took place in Dresden on August 27, 2025, at the Welcome Center at the construction site. The event enabled a vivid exchange between management members, residents and neighbors providing insights on the building project and answering questions raised by residents and neighbors. The Citizen Q & A session was perceived very well. The next Citizen Q & A Session will take place in Q4 2025. Registration will be open here two weeks ahead.
