The ESMC fab construction in Dresden is progressing smoothly. We've successfully laid the groundwork for future development, with mass excavation underway and early works nearing completion. Key achievements include completing the dismantling of groundwater wells and advancing rainwater drainage systems. Our next focus will be on continued ground stabilization works until we are ready to begin foundational structural work.

The ESMC facility in Dresden is setting new standards in sustainable construction, reusing 33,000 tons of recycled concrete from the A4 Highway renovation project between Nossen and Dresden-West. The recycled concrete is being repurposed as a capillary-breaking layer and for the construction road. Together with our trusted partners, we continue to lay a strong foundation for a greener future.
